The National Street Rod Association is dedicated to vehicle safety and backs it up with
a program that gives every owner the opportunity to have his/her vehicle safety inspected for free.
Hot Rods are built to be driven on the street/highways. They are used to transport people for recreational enjoyment. The Rod and Wheelers is offering a 23 point NSRA Safety Inspection performed by qualified NSRA Safety Inspectors.

Here are a few reasons to have your Hot Rod Inspected:
- Inspections are free. You do not need to be a NSRA member to have your car inspected.
- The inspections cover 23 different items such as lights, brakes, steering joints etc.
- The inspections are conducted to make sure that your vehicle is safe and that nothing has come loose or in need of repair.
- The inspections are not performed to criticize or find fault with your vehicle, or its construction.
- The inspections are performed to make sure everything is okay and hopefully avoid any problems that may happen during your street rodding season.
- It is recommended that you have your vehicle inspected yearly.
